• Private Equity & Venture Capital: Representing and advising mutual fund management companies as well as companies on acquiring financing.
• Real Estate & Property Development: Sale & purchase of real estate, construction, real estate litigation, licencing, residency through investment, commercial lease agreements.
• Public Law: Litigation representing individuals and public or private entities in disputes with public law legal entities.

About Barbara:

Attorney-at-Law, admitted to the Athens Bar (2002). Qualified to practice before all courts including Supreme Courts. Practice includes corporate and commercial law, covering topics such as private equity and venture capital, banking and finance transactions, M&A transactions, Corporate Governance, public law and litigation.

Barbara holds a Magister Juris Degree from the University of Oxford, UK, a Maîtrise en Droit, from the Université Montesquieu Bordeaux IV, France and a Diploma in “Accounting and Financial Statement Analysis”, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Continuing education program).

She is an Independent Non-Executive Board member of EPILEKTOS, an Athex – Listed Company and a member of the Audit Committee.

Barbara is also a member of the Education-Innovation-Entrepreneurship Committee of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce.

Barbara has been invited as guest speaker at the Athens University of Economic and Business (MBA program) and the University of Athens (postgraduate entrepreneurship program) on legal issues related to Venture Capital and Private Equity.
